WIP: Black Gold Saw sword

I'm also working on a Black Rock Shooter cosplay. I'll be dressing up as Black Gold saw. I started making her sword. This is the first time I've ever worked on my own prop. Especially one so big. I'm extremely proud of my progress thus far.

I carved the base of the sword out of insulation foam and used PVC pipe for the handle. I then paper mache'd with water, flour and newspaper. Right now I'm putting clay paper mache on the sword to make it sturdy and also so I can sand it down for a smooth finish. I'm almost completed with this. Just have to do about 5-10 more hours of work on the props and I should have it almost completed. It's HUUUUGE. And I am so proud of it. It's bigger than me and EXTREMELY light.
