My progress on my Barbara Gordon Batgirl cosplay.

Mine is based off of the animated series Babs, so that's the design I focused on. I have never felt like a giant rubber condom until I attempted to sew my Batgirl costume. Originally I was going to make the costume out of regular lycra but went with this rubbery looking fabric. XD It's super tight and hard to maneuver in, but I think it looks pretty good for my first attempt with this fabric.

The hardest part was the batsymbol. I'll be making a new belt and such. I just need to get a zipper to add into the back, buy/alter my gloves and get fabric for the cape. I'm also going to need new boots. (These are my Rogue ones...) Can't wait to start working on the cowl. JOY.

I guess its a kind of PVC ;)

maybe you shouldve used latex, maybe as unbreathable but, tighter but not so restraining than vinyl/pvc ^^

Anyway, it's real cute. You're clearly very talented. I'm currently writing a story that involves someone in a Batgirl costume (not fan fic), and yours is the template I'm keeping in mind.
