| Check out these FAQ videos Part 1: [link] Part 2: [link] 2D: Q: How did you get your eyes to look like that? A:The eyes are actually special contacts called sclera contacts. They are a huuuge lens that cover the entire eye to give the black out effect. I bought them from this site: [link] (they seem to be out of stock right now but if you google Scleras a hundred site will show up that sell them) The lenses are a bit pricey! DX And your doctor highly does not recommend them. They are a bit of a hassle and you can only wear them for 4 hours at a time. If you decide to get some you can get them in prescription as well. If you can't afford contacts at the moment, you can achieve the same exact effect by using the burn tool in photoshop. Q:Where did you get your 2D wig? A: I buy all of my wigs off of ebay or other online websites. Mostly I look for wigs that match the style and cut of the wig and I hand style all of them on my own. I LOVE heat resistant wigs. With my 2D wig I sharpie dyed the ends because 2D has a 2 tone hair color scheme, it's lighter and gets gradually darker. There are several tutorials out there for sharpie dyeing a wig. When I buy my next 2D wig, I will make a video on how to dye and style the wig. Q: Where do you get you 2D cosplay from? A: Almost all of my 2D outfit pieces are shirts, pants and hats that I have bought and altered. You can't buy the exact outfit, but clothes that look similar are easy to find. 2D is a very EASY closet cosplay. You just need to find the clothes that work and alter them to his unique style. General Q:What do you use to style your wigs? A: I use got2be glue spray, got2be glue gel, a blow dryer, and a pair of hair scissors. I will make a general spiking tutorial for people who re curious about it. Q:Where do you buy your wigs? A: I buymost of my wigs off of ebay. But I have also been buying from Epic Cosplay and Arda wigs. Mostly I look for wigs that match the style and cut of the wig and I hand style all of them on my own. PLUS HEAT RESISTANT (Very important). |
